Early Sunday Morning
We arrived at our swap spot Sunday morning to find most of our neighbors had left. The heat wave drove many people away Saturday. Then to top things off, Sunday morning was a torrential Thunderstorm. This prevented us from setting up early Sunday morning, and turned most of the grass field into a mud pit! Luckily it did stop raining around 10am.
Packing up in the rain
Sunday morning most people were busy getting wet, while they were loading. This meant that every day of the meet you got wet, Thursday-Saturday you were wet because of the heat and humidity, while on Sunday the rain got you in the morning and the humidity in the afternoon!

Just a few trailers remain as we pull out of the fairgrounds. After what was a busy four days now goes back to normalcy
Rock Concert Setting up
While we were packing up we noticed two Prevost Luxury Motor Carriages arrive. It turns out a concert was set on the fairgrounds for Sunday afternoon. REO Speedwagon and Lynrd Skynrd was performing a pre labor day concert. Due to being tired, we decided to skip the concert.
