Paul Kavulak with his '46 Indian Chief The morning started out by visiting, Paul Kavulak, with his newly restored 1946 Indian Chief. Two years ago on our trip home from Davenport Iowa we sold this '46 Chief to Paul. At the time it was an older running bike. Shortly after acquiring the bike Paul decided to do a full restoration. After a little over a year of work he finished this beautiful machine. For his first restoration we must say he did an excellent job! Now he is looking for his second Indian to restore, a 30's Chief. Nice Job Paul! and good luck on your search for #2 |

Krispy Kreme Donut Truck While driving down I-80 we saw a billboard that advertised Donut delivery, and since it was early in the morning we made the phone call, and viola this Krispy Kreme Donut Truck drove right by. But he forgot to throw us our bag of Donuts. So much for on the highway delivery......... |

Iowa Corn Field Once we drove across the border from Nebraska into Iowa, we knew without hesitation that we were definitely in Iowa since we just saw field after field of corn.. |
